The place could be kept cleaner, but I think they doing the best they can to make it presentable to customers. Food prices are... okay as long you have their app to get discounts (free fries or drink upon purchase). There were few occasion in the past monthsthat only the drice thru was open due to lack of staffing. I think it had gotten better now. Read more
Stopped by the drive through late at night after work. Ordered something, the attendant says he'll check to see if there's any... left.. Takes way to long to check them comes back and asks "I'll take your order whenever you're ready" These guys are notserious about their job and there should be a manager supervising them, which is obviously not in. Slow service, always put cheese on everything even when you say no cheese. No indoor dining anymore. I prefer Carl's over... McDonald's because they don't make the same mistakes over and over again. Read more
The store needs a better microphone system, found myself repeating my order several times. This location had a special of buy... one big mac get the other for a dollar. So I got the Big Mac combo#1 add the $1 big mac and slushy. Well no big surprise theslushy machine was down, but I got charged full price for the individual big mac. I figured it was the terrible audio happeningwhen I placed the order so at the 1st window I cleared up the situation and was charged correctly. The food was not hot but Iwas in a hurry. The BEST McDonald's I have ever been to. My order was out in less than 20 seconds. The fries were as straight as an arrow, not... an ounce of sogginess. The lettuce was delectable, truly scrumptious. 10/10 would eat again. The staff was amazing! Read more
Always check your order(s) when buying from this location. Always ask for it to be made fresh or they will pack long time made... food. Also they like making a fun of people who don't speak their language. That's what they think. Read more
Can't beat Mcdonald beverage special during the summer time especially any size for the drink. My fiancée and I were eating... breakfast at R Coffee House down the block when I was craving a soda. Instead of paying regular price there, I figure Mcdonaldwould be better. They were not busy at all during breakfast time around 9am so I went inside. Most of the inside was stillclosed off but I was only getting a soda. I put in my order through the cashier area and got my drink right away. I was in andout within a minute, they also fulfill my request for less ice since they have to fill up your drink for you. The parking nextto the place can be a issue when the drive thru line is busy but since it's in a plaza just park where the grocery parking areand you won't have any issues. Read more
This is the best McDonald's location I've ever been to, and so I go all the time. Employees are always friendly, happy & in a... good mood. My orders are customized and they get it right every time! I'm so happy this is our local McDonald's. Wish I couldtip the guys for their hard work. Read more
