The person working the drive-thru was a bit disoriented. She did not seem to know that steak is not chicken, and kept... repeating "chicken?" She just pumped the chocolate into the shake cups and put the Vanilla on top without mixing it. She keptbanging into the counter and the take out window. She also had trouble putting the food into the bag. That said, she was verypolite, and our food was prepared perfectly by the cook. Every was tasty and packaged neatly with plenty of napkins. I haven't had Del Taco in well over a decade but was desperate the other night for something easy and cheap. Got a crispy... chicken taco and a soft taco. The chicken taco was more lettuce and cheese than it was chicken. But the chicken itself wasn'thalf bad. Honestly I would say it had more flavor than Popeyes chicken sandwich, from my experience. Plus it was under $2, socan't really complain. As for the normal beef soft taco; I actually really liked the flavor but I could not get over the weirdtexture of the beef. Really threw me off. I don't think you'd even have to chew their beef it's so finely shredded. Honestly thetexture sensation was very uncomfortable. A shame, considering again the flavor itself was pretty solid. Worst food I ever ate. I spent $30 the burritos very greasy and sloppy . The nachos disgusting. Never go there again

I order chicken quesadilla first it was not even glued with more cheese it just flapped open secondly they didn?t even cut it.
This might be, the best Del Taco I?ve ever eaten at. Being a Vegetarian I was ?beyond? excited to try the new line of 100% plant... based protein menu items ?Beyond Meat?. To say they met my expectations is an understatement. THESE TACOS (and I got the oneswith avocado) were BEYOND my expectations because they were BEYOND PERFECT: proportions/flavor/freshness/execution. AND theybrought me visions of family meals from my childhood. I have to say, can not wait to try the 8 layer beyond burrito during mynext visit. SO - why the 4 star review you ask? Well, they ?didn?t have? strawberry or chocolate shakes/they ?didn?t have?lemonade/ they ?didn?t have? ice/bathrooms were messy/fries were old and the workers looked harrowed as did the other diners inattendance. Go here in the morning to pick up a taco for lunch sometimes. The woman at the window is always super polite and sweet.
