Each time I visit this particular location i am more and more disappointed. The staff are everything but friendly, and will make... you feel like a nuisance for ordering food. Once you finally receive your food it is garbage for the price point. Consistentlycold tenders, unseasoned fries, forgetting sauces, and today they even forgot to put sauce on the nibbler meal. You are betteroff going to a different location around northport/tuscaloosa or just heading down the street to chick-fil-a with a bettermanagement team. Read more

This location has a different driv- thru setup the traditional drive-thrus. This location takes orders on the opposite side of... the drive-thru screen ordering screen at a canopy tent. So make sure you know what you want prior to arriving. Received a sterntalking-to by person at drive through window for cutting the line and entering the back way. I learned my lesson, it will nothappen again. After driving back around the drive thru seems to be upset with me. ???????? they don't remember me and we can befriends next time ???? Read more

I eat at Zaxbys 2x a week in different cities, I felt the counter help could have been more helpful. When I asked for something,... it was like I was making them go through too much trouble. I've been eating a Zaxbys for more than 20 years...don't get it? Read more

I ordered a 6 finger meal at the drive through. Got home and only had 3 fingers. Did not surprise me too much as the girl at... the window seemed to be on a mental vacation. Obviously good help is hard to find as are people that can count to six. $12 forthree fingers, fries and a piece of toast. I doubt I will be back. Read more
