This place advertises as wood fired pizza. They do not use wood fired oven to cook any pizza?s. They just run them through the... automated pizza oven like dominos. This is false advertising. The owner does not live up to what they say they offer. Owner doesnot care about standards, quality or living up to what is supposed to be offered. This is my last time ever spending a dimehere. Ordered to go a chef salad and a large sandwich. What happened to your salads?? A little wad of lettuce small amount of ham.... Bacon bits and some cheese. No tomatoes, or cucumber as listed on me I. Good food always. I have family members with celiac disease and they can always feed us without issues. They make gluten-free... cheese sticks for us and family loves them. Usually get delivery but wife and I dined in last night and staff were extremelyfriendly even though it was only a few minutes before closing time. I highly recommend the calzones and pizza. I've eaten less broadway than I used to...something was off with the dough or something. i'm not really sure. Regardless, we... decided on broadway tonight. Our order was ready and hot and perfect. A reminder of why I love our local pizzeria. I dont recallthe guys name, but he appeared to be working alone today and doing an amazing job. He deserves a raise before someone hires himaway.
