I asked for specific order, well done and saucy. Got home, wings were barely cooked after 30 mins wait time. No sauce when I... asked for extra sauce. I threw the whole order out. Will never go back to this place. When I called, the manager said shecouldn't refund my card because she doesn't know how. I have ordered from this location three times since I?ve lived in the community across the street 2 years ago. All three times I... have ordered food online, paid online and I make it to the restaurant only when the order time has been meet. Which is usually35-38 minutes. All three times I witness an empty restaurant and 4 employees in the back. The restaurant is mostly workingthrough delivery services from what is looks like. All three times I have gone to pick up my food after the estimated time, I amthere an additional 20 minutes waiting while the staff work really slow and only 1, maybe 2 employees actually cooking. Thefirst time they missed my fries and heave me more fries as compensation? The food is good but the only reason I order from hereis because my wife chooses not to go through door das for Buffalo Wild Wings which is right next door. I will say. Order a full meal didn?t receive fries or drink with my meal. Called back to speak to someone. Told them about my wings and not... receiving everything. Was told not sure what you would like me to do about the wings but we can remake the fries. I would havelike the whole order hot in current to be told I?m not sure what you expect me to do about it. Horrible horrible customer service. I placed an order online for pick up through door dash and I went to go check on when it... might be ready (expecting it not to be) but they informed me I didn?t have an order placed with them I checked the location andit was the correct one. They checked with their manager and confirmed my order so I asked if they could start on it which thegirl told me no they don?t have the wings to do it and that id have to get a refund through door dash since that?s where Iplaced it only when I tried I COULDNT because it says wing stop has started to prepare my order!
