Potbelly's is one of my favorite sandwich shops. If you like variety, fresh ingredients, and toasted buns - Potbelly's is for... you. At this particular location, there was no line no wait. The staff quickly took my order and went to work on my sandwiches.I usually get a Wreck on wheat. The wreck is basically a meat lovers. My second sandwich was a Mediterranean sandwich. I highlyrecommend checking out their menu before visiting if it's your first time. They have three sandwich sizes. Skinny, original, andbig. Big is almost about a foot long, original is like 6in and skinny is I think less bread. I also highly recommend orderingone of their shakes. The milk shakes are soooo good and they come with a little cookie on the straw. Lastly, the cookies aregood and usually baked fresh. The sugar and oatmeal raisin are my favorites. I ordered my food came to the counter to pay the girl repeated my order and it wasn't the sandwiches I made and the girl got mad... cuz she had to redo my sandwiches but it was not my fault that's the only complaint I got on this place Read more
Typical Potbelly restaurant. Good customer service. Not a long wait for order. Broccoli and cheese soup was good.
Here we go again. I?m not sure why this is a recurring issue. I add avocado to my salad, WHICH COST EXTRA, and it?s not on my... salad. I never have issues when I order a sandwich or soup, which I did last week. Just the salads, hit or miss. I don?tunderstand it. I?m not driving, which is why I ordered delivery, then here we go so I?m just out of money and out of what Iasked for. UGH! Read more
I waited an extra 10 min with my 2 children for 2 meatball sandwiches bcuz they didn't have enough only to be told after waiting... that they only had enough sauce for 1 sandwich. I explained 1 sandwich would not be enough for my family and I should've beentold beforehand so that I could go elsewhere only to be given a dry Apology with an attitude. Maybe if she wasn't so busytalking about her birth control practices she could've paid better attention to what she was doing. Read more
Worse Potbelly I have been too. My order was processed and charged, once I arrived they told me they were out of turkey ham and... couldn?t make 3 sandwiches. I asked for a refund and was told they would have to speak to a manager for my refund. Asked tospeak to a manager, and clearly manager was hiding in the back and sent the poor employee to tell me he wasn?t there. Verydisappointed, rather take the 30min drive to another potbelly. I've ordered from this location more than once, and despite requesting salad dressing AND utensils, they are never added to the... bag. Today is my last day ordering from this location, because my order is partially incorrect and, once again, there are noutensils or salad dressing as requested. Sandwich wasn't that good, asked for extra pickle and it looks like they put less pickles on there. The price of the sandwich... has gotten out of control at over $13. After raising the prices so much, they still expected a tip. The sandwich is not thevalue it used to be and for that price, I would expect a lot better sandwich.
