Don?t bother. Arrived at 7:00, and we?re still in line at 7:50 waiting. If we weren?t wedged between two cars we would have just... left. Not sure why this location bothers staying open but nearly an hour for some basic tacos and a drink is beyond me. Thislocation is a joke, they?re always out of things and their management deserves a good firing. Just close this sad excuse of arestaurant and send these poor though constantly useless employees home. Read more
This place will never get our business again! We live in the neighborhood across the street and our son loves to eat taco bell!... He wanted tacos after school today and we were refused service, cursed at by the lady on the drive thru. All because a caraccident that was across the street. There was no impact to this location at all. The "reason" they didn't want to serve anyoneis because "it gets busy". So, we were refused service and cursed at then told to leave. All while the staff set outside andsmoked and joked. We had our kid on the car with us and the staff berated us on our way through the drive thru! I am arestaurant general manager and am appalled by the behavior of this location and would want to know if my team behaved this way.Taco bell needs to do some work with the team here. This location was listed as closed today .. so I was not able to place an online order to make pick up quicker. I waited in the... drivethru line for 10 minutes before I could order. Then waited another 20 at the window because their ?cash registers went downand they could not take cash?. 20 minutes I sat AT the window and no one ever came over. Luckily I had a card but all of my foodwas soggy from sitting so long and they put so few ingredients in my crunch wrap that you can?t only taste the wrap itself. I was told the store only had two people working and it was too busy so they were closing the store. Can you believe it? Too... busy we are closing. They did close. I sat in my truck and watched all the cars drive off. Nice work! I'll bet the owner lovesthat game plan. Read more
Tried to buy 12 tacos Tonight, they tried to charge me $36 for them. This is the most ridiculous upcharging scam I've ever... seen. "Everything is an upcharge" she said. There's really great Mexican restaurants nearby I'll be going there instead. Googleneeds to make 0 stars possible. Read more
Every single item on order was in correct we had 15 items on our order and we received 13 items all wrong except the soda. Out... what we ordered everything was missing and incorrect except the 1 soda we got. We spent $82 on this and it was not what wewanted. This is the worst experience I've had in any taco bell. I have been to 46 different states and non of the tacos in anyof them have been this bad. I will never order from here again and I will tell everyone how bad this taco bell is. Read more
