Terrible Customer Service. Only 1 employee working and he was tossing/throwing items as he was helping a customer and taking... bread out of the oven. His attitude was very negative, he was rude and his behavior made my nervous. When I told him I wanted4 sandwiches, he became angrier. I told him I can go somewhere else. He seemed to realize his error and lighted for a moment. He said he was the only one there and he had been there by himself since 6am. I told him I understood and was sorry for that,but he was making me uncomfortable. He stopped and looked at me and said why don't you go somewhere else. I turned and walkedout the door and he screamed after me - you are making me uncomfortable, LADY - JESUS. I used to like this Subway. I won'treturn. I wish I could give zero stars. Read more
Yesterday afternoon I had the best customer service experience with your employee. I'm only sorry I didn't get his name. Not... only was he 100% about customer service he was also the only employee. He talked to us about all the new subs, his favorite outof all of them but he went above and beyond his job. I will be back because of him. The restaurant was clean, and stocked verywell. He also stayed busy when there weren't any customer to serve. His attitude, service and smile made this a greatexperience. Read more

Worst subway out there! Bread is about half the size as normal subaways and I paid for extra chicken just to get less than a... single serving. This isn't the first time either. There are plenty of other ones around, I would suggest driving down the roadto find another. Read more
The guy that is working the afternoon shift on Friday July 15th 3pm was rude as hell. As soon as I walked in, all he said was I... have 12 sandwiches you need to just wait. I said no problem I ordered online anyways. Got my sandwiches wrong. Gave the wrongbread and I didn?t even get refunded for the stuff he said was supposedly out. I called to complain about my sandwiches that were just delivered. The delivery went smoothly however the sandwiches had... practically no ingredients, I paid for extra meat and there wasn?t extra meat put on the sandwich. When I called over tocomplain to the store the employee said they don?t have time help me and hung up on me and when I tried to call back they justdon?t answer the phone!!!! The quality of the food is completely ridiculous as well as the service that was given. We pay extrato have food delivered but because we?re not there in person to see our order being made they just rip us off and practicallyput nothing in the sandwich!!! Read more
After a great time at denver zoo we needed somewhere quick and Subway was right near our next stop. I had lime and cracked... pepper chips for the first time, raspberry creme cheese and chocolate chip cookies, with a spicy italian sub sandwhich. Ittasted like a 5 star experience in my car! Lol! This subway always gets orders wrong when order thru door-dash. I finally get the time to come pick it up my order. And to my... surprise it?s closed. It says they open at 9:00am. The time is 10:12am now. The lights are on. But the door is locked. Thisplace needs a better management. They make subway look really bad. Read more
