The baristas at this location have no idea of what they're doing, I asked for a white chocolate mocha and the barista didn't... even bother mixing the ingredients together I wish I would have taken a picture of it, no money back no Apology, instead theylaughed at my reaction and as I walked aways they cynically said "Thank you!" Never had a problem until now apparently the baristas don't know understand the purpose of a mask and wear masks with holes in... them. To be specific a glittery purple mask that does nothing to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Seems like a health hazard Read more

Horrible experience the last 2 times. First time I ordered the pumpkin cold brew and the barista who took my order and made it... looked hungover and had a bad attitude and made my drink look chunky. Then just today go in again, bad attitude from differentbarista this time who was more concerned about talking to another co worker than my drink. I 90 % of the time per an iced greentea taste and this one looked like straight green tea so when I shed if it was a latte because it looked different I got bothbaristas looking and snapping at me saying yes that's what it is. Took my drinks and left. I will never be returning to thislocation ever again. Read more

Staff is very poorly trained. This is the third time in a row I?ve had issues. I don?t get anything special, just a macchiato... with coconut milk. Been given the wrong food twice, been given the wrong drink twice and the barista was rude to me and deniedher mistake over and over when I asked for the correct order. Training definitely needs to be more in-depth and customer serviceshould be reviewed. I come to this Starbucks because it?s convenient for work but will try to avoid from now on. Read more

Was here at this location yesterday afternoon..and there were 2 ladies working, 1 of which was brand new. As we got to the... register, the new girl, Sunnie, i believe her name was, was having issues with her computer login in, so her co-worker gaveSunnie her computer went and sat in the starbucks lobby area and got on her phone. We had a very difficult time trying to order,and had to try to explain i shouldn't be charged for an espresso shot when i just needed and extra pump of the chai was alreadygetting, plus more difficulties. Ordering took at least 5 mins, and i also had to try and coach her how to make the drinksbecause she was googling how to do it on her phone and packing the cups to the brim with ice before even putting anything in thecup. I finally asked if this was how they train new people by throwing them out on their own. And she said well she is sittingover there. Then the coworker(who kept looking over from her phone at her Sunnie this whole time) says, you just have to ask forhelp if you need it. She got up and helped her make the drinks the same way....still with ice and filled up before puttinganything else in the cup..and they werent great. The coworker didnt interact with us at all....hense why I dont know hername. Sunnie was SO incredibly pleasant and had such a stellar attitude the whole time..despite me getting a little flustered.So i left with my drinks as they were, to prevent more stress of this girl who is new, and doing her absolute best. Even thoughshe didnt know what she was doing, luckily her awesome customer service and great attitude made up for the lack of on thecoworkers side. Wish I could have left a nice tip for her as she went above and beyond to her abilities to make us happy!!! Read more

Get coffee.here. any flavor, any style. If they're out of sausage / egg croissants forget it. That's their only good morning... ing meal in my opinion. I have an espresso maker at home. I get their Komoto Dragon and Varune blends in whole bean bags. Totally worth it. Read more

I go to the Starbucks just about every day as I work clothes by it is blatantly obvious that you guys don't thoroughly train... your employees almost 50 to 70% of the time I go in order a drink it is absolutely horribleI was checking out today and he toldme my total was 11:10 which I gave him $12 and said stick the change in your tip jar when I look back at the computer it saidnine something I don't know if they're pocketing money or if I just glanced at it wrong but there needs to be some management atthe StarbucksI Read more
