Worst sonic experience in awhile, ordered through the drive through kid read the correct order back then got to the window and... had to correct him 4 different times then got attitude from him, then after getting it correct and ordering he handed me thebags and I asked ?is this everything? and received a rude ?idk I guess that?s what they told me?. Checked the food to find aburger missing and they said to park and they will bring it out upon waiting we checked the other food and the fries tasted oldand as if someone just threw them in the microwave, the tots we cold and rock hard, the burgers we beyond nasty. We?ve lived in the neighborhood behind this Sonic for about 6 years, and only visited 4 times. Each time has been horrible. To... be clear, I love Sonic, just not THIS Sonic. During our last visit (Aug ?22), an employee was sitting out at the tables betweencars, speaking very loudly on her phone. Then she started cussing a lot, including a few f-bombs. Now I have to have aconversation with my 6-year-old about that. Also, their milkshake machine was broken (for the last week, according to thecar-hop) and they made substitutions without consulting us. This was the reason we came, the milkshakes. All-in-all, find adifferent Sonic location or substitute for another restaurant to save yourself some disappointment. Read more
This was the worst experience I have had at a sonic before. I ordered a basic order for pickup at 315, I showed up at 315, asked... for my food, and then waited for 20 minutes. They then came out and told me they didn't have the boba for the drinks, so theyhadn't made the order. They said they would make it, and after waiting another 15 minutes, during which at least 5 people gotthrough the drive thru. After that, I got my food, and the "large" chili cheese tots I had ordered barely filled half of the boxit was in, and looked like they had been sitting for 20+ minutes. This is ridiculous. Read more
The corn dog was overcooked. Black and crunchy so they would have been able to visibly see it wasn't edible. I have given this... location 3 chances and every time they have forgotten something or given me someone else's order. I would recommend going to oneof the many other fast food places near by. Where our order came out rather quickly, we were disappointed in the food. My son ordered the buffalo popcorn chicken, and... received bbq chicken. Threw out the cheese tots. It was just a piece of american cheese microwaved over the top, and they wereall stuck together, and the oil they use to cook the fries and tots in, tasted really old. Going thru the other reviews, I amkind of suprised that nothing gets fixed with this location. Seems to be a reoccurring issue. Probably won't be going back. Read more
Sonic is horrible, our corndogs were over cooked and beyond disgusting, the French fries were cold and hard and the slushies had... no flavor in them at all. Talked to a "manager" she is yelling at us that we were in the wrong. Was hung up on the phone threetimes. At the location she would not listen to me and wouldn't come out to talk to me instead of arguing with me. Worstexperience and no they did not replace our food, nor care. Sonic managers are disgustingly rude and nasty. Highly do NOTrecommend them at any location. No customer service, food is horrible, managers yell at you and they don't care what there foodlooks like when they give it to you. Read more
Literally every single thing in the order was either completely wrong or I could?ve gone back there and done a better job making... it with no training. Ordered a large cookie dough blast with butterfinger bits, was given a cup of vanilla shake with maybe atablespoon of cookie dough bits on top. Ordered a chicken slinger and got buffalo wings. They completely forgot a corn dog. Thefood they got right wasn?t even lukewarm, and to top it all off we didn?t get a receipt so we payed $35 for the worst and mostincorrect meals we?ve ever had from sonic with no way to request a refund. Just go ahead and shut this location down,absolutely atrocious. I?d give it 0 stars if I could. Read more
