Ordered a burger with a Gluten Free bun. Paid the extra money for it. Took a bite and realized it wasn?t GF. Called and spoke... with the manager. Offered me a free burger instead of a refund. Told me their excuse is the printer was out of ink. Currentlysick to my stomach as celiac disease is not a joke or something you can get away with blaming a printer. This is the 3rd badexperience in a row at this location. I don?t want to come back to an establishment who made me violently sick, I prefer mymoney back to go support a business who cares about allergies and takes care in the food they prepare. Read more
The worst experience!!!! Ordered the burger with mushrooms and onions. What I got was a burger with 1 mushroom and a messy... burger. Ordered Brussel sprouts and they did not have ANY flavor... The employees were unkempt, no personality and the placewas dirty and it was only open for 30 minutes when I came in. How can tables be dirty, the Coke machine was sticky and flieseverywhere when they just open... I can honestly say I will never be back. Read more
This place is outrageous! The food is not cooked. The haystacks are drenched in oil! The bacon is not cooked! The fires are cold... and the excuse is they are understaffed and in the process of training! That is not an excuse! There reviews speak volumes. I order the... ****CYO*** Turkey burger with a million add ons lol, mushrooms, swiss, avocado, bacon... And usually an egg, no bun. If youdon't want a bun, be sure you want lettuce & tomato in it's place... **It's an automatic swap*** Trying to stay gluten free. Trythe brussel sprouts!! I do miss the fried green chilies, pretty sure they used to have those.
