Santiago is the best! With the exception of this location. They really need to get their S* together. My order has been wrong... the majority of the time we have went there. The food quality is not like any of the other locations. The food looksunappetizing and old. The portions are smaller than everywhere else and the customer service is lacking to say the least. Iwould avoid this location at all cost. Read more

Good food. But terrible service. 104th in Nortglenn location. I ordered 10 burritos online online and came to pick them up....... There is no way to pick them up except get in Line with the 20 other cars. Had to wait 20 plus minutes in line to pick up myonline order 20 minutes after it was ready... Employees you say sorry I can't help you. Very frustrating and disappointing Read more

We have always loved the food at this Santiago?s. We know that there will be a long wait and we expect that. Yesterday the... weight was extremely long! We waited in line for over 35 minutes. The young man taking our order was having a hard time gettingour order correct. The food was not as wonderful as it generally is. We were so disappointed. This has been our favorite for solong and we will be taking a break. Best wishes for continued success. Read more

104th only allows you drive thru. I only ordered a carne asada plate, got home and had no tortillas. This is like fajitas, you... build your meal. I had to drive back for tortillas, they are only a drive up, but instead of asking me to pull aside, I waitedin there line. If they would have only apologized. I got a "Here you go". This is not to mention having to prove my order when Isaid I was missing tortillas, it's tortillas. They had to look it up like I was lying. I feel bad I tipped $5.00 on an $18.00drive through tab. Teach your staff some customer service. Read more

Santiago?s is the first place I head every time I land in Denver. Consistently the best breakfast burrito you?ll find anywhere.... Don?t expect anything fancy. It?s just good food served fast for a super reasonable price. Read more

One of my favorite places for breakfast. The lines are long, but generally move quickly. Their price for breakfast burritos are... unbeatable. It's sad they're closed on Mondays now. Read more

The breakfast burritos at Santiago?s are some of my favorites. This was from the drive through @santiagos_mexican_restaurants on... 104th in Northglenn. Today was chorizo, I like it mild and with cheese. When I?m feeling adventurous I?ll get 1/2 and 1/2 butsometimes there?s a puddle of hot and hot is hot! Read more

My sister has been bragging about the extra hot, green chili burrito's at Santiago's for the last ten years. So, when we... recently headed to Denver to visit the first place she took us was Santiago's Express. It was a long drive from her home inLakewood but once we got our food the drive was well worth the time. My wife and I both ordered the Chicken Burrito with minebeing extra hot with cheese and my wife going with the half and half with no cheese, both smothered. EXCELLENT!! The greenhatch chilis were amazing and the heat not only had HOT but it also had plenty of flavor. They do not offer in store dining butthey do have tables outside with large umbrellas so five adults were able to sit and enjoy our lunch. We did not leavedisappointed. We will return on our next trip to the Denver area which cannot be soon enough. Read more
