This place feels like an early 2000s throw back. Exactly what you would expect from a Jamba Juice. Not super fancy but always a... little more expensive than you?d think for a blended fruit smoothie. I hadn?t been to a Jamba Juice in probably 10 years, and soit scratched this itch perfectly. I did notice 2 tweaks from my last experience: 1 they now offer açaí bowls. & 2 they nolonger do the wheatgrass shots fresh in front of you. Instead they?re pre-bottled. Read more

Waited extra long for my order even tho I did an order ahead to make sure it was ready and they ignored my order until after the... pickup time and after I had been waiting in store after arriving. Orders need to be ready on time. Other then that tastes greatas usual.. Just not happy with the service at this location. Read more

No one wears gloves here, I get that if you wash your hands in between orders it?s okay but the girl making to smoothies was... picking up her phone from her pants and then placing her phone onto the work station, didn?t wash her hands and then proceededto make food. Extremely gross to see especially since it?s an open counter and you can see everything that goes on back there. Read more

Placed an order through the app here on 8/24/22. My card was charged for the order, I Arrived to pick up my order and all the... lights were off and the door was locked. I waited a few minutes with a guy who was there for an interview before leaving.Returned the next day during normal operating hours and again the door was locked. Called the store countless times with noanswer, eventually someone answered but informed me that she was ?only in helping from another store? she took my name and phonenumber and said she would have the manager call me. Drive out of my way 25 min for this spot and usually it's a great experience. But today was the worst service I've ever... encountered anywhere. No cash payments, had a gift card used that but was short 2$ went to get exact change at a nearby storeand the girl named Slyvia would not accept it. Sure whatever but when I asked for my gift card to be refunded she started goingoff about how people should read the signs and "I guess I should put another sign up for people to ignore." All for what? I am apaying customer, it is not my fault this location has no cash. I was already understanding that they were out of orangesherbert, and peaches! Clearly full of attitude though. I don't even think my refund was processed correctly so I will bereaching out to corporate. This was a family spot for me and my children but we will find somewhere else to spend our time andmoney. Absolutely appalled at the customer service. I work in customer service and have never treated anyone like this. Ifyou're unhappy at your job find a new one! Don't take it out on everyone else.
