This Burger King always closes early. I've been told "oh we're not cooking tonight " many times.... Before 10 o'clock and says... they close at 11 which I have mentioned, but decides to not respond anymore on the intercom. Very rude and need to do somethingabout this especially for the people who work late and don't have time to cook at 11pm -12 am. Read more
Break time is important, BUT, management taking all the counter employees , standing outside the front door smoking, and letting... people walk in without saying anything, just rude. We stood there for 10 minutes and nothing, so we went to Café Mexico. Tablesare dirty and the cooking staff are playing on their phones in the kitchen. Definitely not going here again. Read more
Nasty soda machine. When asked to replace the sodas, the woman at the counter had an attitude said "we clean those daily" and... only offered to replace once my husband started making a big deal about it. Read more
Burger King is always my preferred fast food drive thru. As child I liked how their meat tasted. I like the flame broil thing.... When I was in my 20s I worked for a company that cleaned exhaust systems for restaurants and burger king and McDonald's were areprime customers. And I always notice how different the stacks were. Burger King was so easy to clean because the flame broilonly left a soot residue because it actually burns out the fat. This one is no exceptions. The meat is much better tasting.Drive thru is fast and the service is friendly. Read more
The drive thru smelled so strongly of human waste that we had to roll all of our windows up. The line was egregiously slow but... you could tell the workers were doing their absolute best. If I could rate the workers and the store itself separately I would.Workers doing their job and trying their best 5/5. The fact that there is something so wrong that this location cannot keepstaff for the life of them 2/5. Read more
I would do no stars if I could. We just waited almost 30 MINUTES at the drive thru window waiting for TWO burgers. No apologies.... No updates. Our baby started screaming. Wonderful experience. Never going back. I'll stick with our usual one off Holly. Read more
