I think I'm finally done with this place. It's always been iffy...the wrong order, people not manning the drive through,... whatever...but last night took the cake. I ordered on the app, first time ever. When I got there, they didn't have the flavordrink I ordered, and insisted they could neither cancel the order nor refund me. No manager either, apparently. Now I have totake time out of my day on Monday to call Dunkin corporate to try to get my money back. They're the closest Dunkin to me so Iput up with them for a long time but this ticked me off. Besides the long lines and very slow workers who don't pay attention to orders it never really right. They don't speak English... how are you going to take orders if you don't understand English? Well here goes I placed an order the total was $39 the fact that I always check my bag after I get everything from Dunkin there... were something missing I confront the clerk and what happens she looks at me in and what? Folks, I do my monthly food shopping and then on the way home I drop by to get my coffees . Well, no more , I am done with these... people . Today, I dropped by to get my 4 coffees and I was informed I can NO longer pay my order by cash but use my creditcard. Good bye.
