The pizza is great but their delivery service and their staff is awful. Their customer service is rude and they never used to be... rude. They were always friendly. They're one hour delivery has turned into 2 hours and when we try and call they hang up tellingus they have only one delivery driver. For the last 3 weeks, we have had issues with the orders we placed being the correctorders delivered. I am no longer a fan. Read more
Moved to area in March 2022. Been getting Romeo's most weekends. Loved the pizza, lots of sweet sauce, plentiful cheese and... everything out to less than inch from the edge. And a generous military discount. However in the past few weeks (Sept 2022)there has been a change, maybe new owner/management. But the pizza is not great anymore. Decent but less sauce, and a wideredge of bare dough. Just not as saucy, cheesy and to much dry dough around the edges. Also the military discount has beendropped completely. Tried ordering at 9PM Friday night from a long standing family owned pizza joint and they were too busy to take our order so we... tried Romeo's. We got the Supreme and an order of dry wings with sauce on the side. The pizza was delicious and the wings wereperfectly cooked with the best chili sauce I've ever had. Thank you, Romeo's. 1st job was a delivery/to-go pizza joint, 27 years later, legit NEVER had a pizza delivered as hot & fresh as we did tonight... from Romeo?s. How the driver didn?t get a speeding ticket on the way is beyond me, but we?re grateful, thanks Mike, you?re ourdude now! Read more
Once again this chain has pulled a fast one on thier customers. Now, they will accept online coupons only ! This is bad for... buisness. My sister always told me she loved your pizza. So we went to her house last Sunday September 13 for a Browns party at her house... in Northfield. We ordered $60 worth of pizza to be delivered at 1:00. After 2 phone calls we kept getting the run aroundtill finally my nephew went up to get it. We didn?t have our pizza till like 3:30. They gave him a free 2 liter of pop. That is just very bad customer service. Especially because they were regular customers. Very disappointed in the way this majormishap was handled ???? Read more

Used to love coming here. Our past few orders haven't been correct but this last order was the worst. The 2nd pizza we ordered... didn't have any of the toppings it was supposed to. When i called to tell them, the employees were all laughing and messingaround so much I had to repeat myself to the lady on the phone. No wonder my order was wrong. Also ordered breadsticks and askedfor extra topping, there wasn't anything on the breadsticks at all. When we went to pick up a new pizza ,employees were all ontheir phones and could care less.Won't be ordering from here anymore. Read more
