Love this place went there as a child and got to know employees and owners new owner was a waitress when I was younger and she... has the same welcoming heart as old owners and love how it's been years since I been there but they still remember you! This is our number one pizza place, pizza is the best. We live 25 mins away but get pizza every 5 weeks b/c I get my hair cut... nearby. We also will make the drive without questioning it and def. will plan to go if driving by the Macedonia exit for anyreason. Tho we live far, this is our go to pizza. I was That guy - I came in at closing time and asked for a large. The folks were friendly, engaging, and best of all the pizza... was awesome! Came back the next day for the even larger size - well before closing. I highly recommend this place, they make itall from scratch and you can tell. 5 stars plus! Read more
Pro tip: CASH ONLY I just moved to the area and I am always looking for a good pizza joint. This place hits the spot. Decor... hasn't changed since the 70s but I love that about this place. The menu is on the wall and the tables are clean. We ordered alarge three topping pizza, mushroom, green pepper and onion. Very good loaded with toppings. I really like the crust, it'sdifferent. I'm sorry, I can't describe it. I'll go back and try it again! The salad is shredded iceberg lettuce with whitecheese. Unless you're calling something basic, skip this part. The waitress was fantastic. Very lovely lady. I owe her a bettertip (I'll be back, as promised) as we had no idea this was cash only. No signs no notices anywhere.
