I work next to this store. I have never received worse customer service from any Dunkin I have been to. The staff was not... friendly, the window person could not figure out how to ring up my order then told me they didn't have the product they rang meup for once I got to the window. Then after I changed my order the staff yelled at each other to decide who would make my order. Lastly, my latte was the worst I have had from any coffee place at any location. Consistently a good experience. Sandwiches are warm enough, and coffee always fresh and hot. Friendly and motivated staff which... is always a plus these days. This would be a five star review, but they don't put napkins in the bag when you order food items(in my experience, and I go to this location almost exclusively). Really disappointed in this location. It has gone downhill the last few times I?ve visited. Long wait times, cold food, and... incorrect items. Visited today and waited 15 minutes in drive thru, food was cold and partially burnt, and coffee was missingthe cream, Splenda, and flavor. Read more

This place started out a bit rough when it got going and I would sometimes wait a while when ordering, but it seems they really... have it figured out lately. Staffing is much better and they are starting to recognize me now. But the lines are moving moresmoothly and my donuts hit the top of the box alot less often. Keep up the good work! Read more
