I got a strawberry and cream frappe and the mixture was perfect. The strawberry really shined and it was a pleasant taste... experience. The barista that took my order was nice and took their time when putting in my order. 100/10 would go again :) Read more
Their staff definitely needs a lot more training, ordered a tall drink, first it took very long to get and the cup was 3/4 full.... Management is doing a poor job here!! Read more
I dont mind people making mistakes with my order, im fine with my order being remade and having to wait. They didnt warm any of... the food we ordered up. They got my drink wrong entirely and didnt want to remake it, and when I gave it back because I didntwant whipped cream they just scooped it out and gave me back the same wrong drink. I am not sure why it?s hard to buy all the needed products for coffee in advance? They are always out of something. At least it... would be a great idea to mark those coffees/teas as unavailable at the location. I spent 10 minutes in line waiting for order acoffee and turned out they are out of that specific one. Talking about waisting of time. Read more
