I asked for fat free milk, but I did not get fat free milk. I have gotten enough regular (for my boyfriend) and fat free (for... me) caramel macchiatos to tell the difference. I live out of town but visited this location two days in a row. Shout out to Emily yesterday afternoon for my drive thru order!... I ordered a breakfast croissant late in afternoon and she was so helpful, upbeat and diligent in checking to make sure therewere enough for me to order at that time of day. Very rude young lady on 5/22. Saturday morning at 6:30 am. I was the only customer, I asked for coffee and sugar. The young lady... asked how many sugar packets and when I hesitated for a fraction of a second, she started counting in an annoyed tone of voice"one, two, three, four..how many?!". I was so shocked I just told her how many packets I need and I left, but I feel like I haveto write this so perhaps her manager will see my review and remind their employee to be courteous. Read more
