The experience of customer service I had from this location wasn't pleasant but I wouldn't say all of the staff who work there.... This happened to me & my boyfriend a couple times, it was about an unwelcoming service from one of the staff. First, we tried tounderstand that this individual may experienced a very busy day or whatever it was. Until yesterday 10/16/2022 - around 3 pm, westopped there to get some coffee. I noticed that it was very clear this time that this individual (named Beata) just dismissedme and didn't even acknowledge that I was there waiting to place an order. She was assisting a customer who was in front of meand once she finished, she just walked out of the cashier register counter and left me hanging there for about 5 minutes untilthe other staff, she came and assisted me. This isn't the first negative experience I had with her. Before she was very curt &dismissive. I have no problem to wait for their service but at least acknowledging that your customer is right here instead ofjust being MUTED! Also, with their operation hours, how come this happened - one day they chose to close early, or open only fordrive-thru & not taking in-store order. Read more
This is the third time this month that I try to go to Starbucks on my way to work but the location is.. the first couple times... was about 6 AM now it?s 6:45 AM.. big waste of time Read more

This establishment offered fast and friendly service. I barely had time to fill my gas tank before all my drinks were ready for... pickup and even at peak hours on a Sunday. I highly recommend this establishment. Read more
Love this location! Right down the street from my work which is super convenient. They are a very busy location but they make it... go by so quick. The staff is always so nice and greeting everyone that walks in. I always get my usual doppio iced espresso withextra ice, whole milk, and extra caramel drizzle and it gets my morning off to a great start. Read more
