Ordered a shake but it had the bottom half of the straw wrapper still intact on the straw sitting in the shake. Of course... didn't notice until later because it's sitting inside the shake and by the time my kid noticed, the wrapper had completelymushed up in the shake. Wondering how one accidentally puts the straw into the shake without removing the bottom of the wrapper. Read more
Not enough employees but the sandwich was still perfect. Thank you to those employees whom are taking all the work load.
Food and service was fast and as expected. Chips and drink refrigerator were well stocked. Chip assortment is Zapps kettle... chips: salt and vinegar, mesquite bbq, voodoo, voodoo heat, jalapeno. I easily parked the car in the parking lot in front of the restaurant. When you enter the hall, to the right is the place where... you order and deliver food. You must go to this section to order and get food. To the left of the hall are tables andchairs. There are also tables outside. The bathroom and floor of the hall and tables were very clean. This is one of the most disorganized, unprofessional potbellies I've ever been to... The workers on the cash register, as well... as the worker making shakes, seem to be completely clueless... The employee making the shakes, dropped ice cream and milk onthe floor several times... In addition, the cashier, forgot to enter the correct items that were purchased, not to mention didnot provide receipts to the customers. I would highly suggest that a manager start working on the weekends and make sure thatemployees get more training. I live in the area so I'm very disappointed as you can tell. Ps. The cashier in the picture isnot the cashier I'm referring to, he took over obviously because the other guy couldn't seem to do his job. Read more
