I need to start by saying I came in with my family of four and parents a total of 7 we drove am hour away and we only come for... special ocasións like today for my son?s birthday, so we walked in and 2 girls looked at us like we were strangers so we said aparty of 7 then a lady 1 minute later comes and say yes can I help you abd again I said a party of 7 and asked us did you callahead I said no so I felt a little uncomfortable but we were seated and Walked in after a table was ready then our waitress tookour order and hardly ever showed up to give us more plates after our appetizers so we had to use the same plates for the rest ofthe food then we ask for a cake that we got no spoon or fork for and we didn?t get ask if we need any more drinks, we had awaiter name Dante who was an excellent person and kind that we asked if he can help us to get more plates and got us more drinksin our eyes thus probably happened because of two things it?s either her tip is already on the bill since we are a party of 7 orwe looked Mexican and we did not get the service we would have liked it is really sad because I been coming for years and mykids since they were very little and to my parents to drive one hour away to have bad service I thank Dante who was not ourwaiter for being great at his job and mind you who didn?t have to take care of us because we were not his table pleaseappreciate your great employees If it wasn?t for him this incident would have been worst for us. My husband and i went to have dinner there last night since it is close by and he said the food is decent. We walked in, it was... about 20% full, the hostess talked to my husband, never made one eye contact with me like I am invisible (I am a small Asianwoman and he is tall Caucasian and handsome). The waitress is nice. I ordered Thai chicken salad, he had chicken sandwich. The salad tasted like something is rotten, and the chicken was dry and tasted like dry walls.
