I ordered a sandwich from this location and the bread was soaking wet and the bacon was not cooked. I returned so I could I get... a fresh sandwich and show the one that I had received and the women at the register refused to provide me with a new sandwich. Iopened the sandwich for her and showed her what was wrong and she didn?t care. So I left the sandwich with her. The customerservice at this location is terrible. Read more

I placed an order online for delivery and the restaurant sourced it to Doordash to deliver to me. When the order arrived it was... wrong, it was 2 footlong meat subs and I ordered a footlong veggie and cookie. I called the Subway and the girls refused to getDoordash to deliver me the right order or refund me. They said I had to come to the store and do in store pickup to get mysandwich. If driving to the store was an option, why would I have paid double for delivery in the first place? I triedcontacting Doordash but they said since it was done on behalf of the restaurant the payment went directly to the merchant andnot them, so they couldn't refund me and advised me to have Subway refund me, but the ladies working would not help me at alland just kept repeating for me to drive there and pick up the sandwich and that it was my fault the driver delivered the wrongorder. I asked for a manager and they said there wasn't one. I never got my sandwich and couldn't eat the wrong subs that weredelivered due to being allergic to the ingredients in them. Subway never refunded me the $15 I paid, nor did they correct orderever get delivered. I paid $15 for nothing. Read more

I had very nice experience with the staff members, they were very polite and helpful. I ordered veggie patty footlong and it was... yummy. Subway app experience was really bad, first time it showed me expired coupon and next time it promised for 3x points butI never got 3x points. From order perspective app experience was not bad. It stored my previous orders so next time it was veryquick. Read more

Worst experience I?ve ever had at a subway/fast food restaurant. The lady was on and off her phone constantly and wasn?t... listening to a word I was saying I had to repeat myself about 4 times and then the Italian B.M.T was awful (mind you I usuallylove it) I was just disgusted with the whole experience I would never come back here again! 10/10 would never recommend! Went here , Service was Fast.... bread was Soft and Fresh. Restaurant was Clean & Up to Date , and Has plenty of... Seating... I'd give it 5? , But the Soda Soft drink machine is Dated and only has a half dozen flavors to choose from so I'monly able to give them 4?.... Otherwise it's a nice Subway. Read more

I never had a problem with subways! But today I couldn't let this pass. Usually the portion on the subs is very generous but... today is was very small portion. My Italian Sub came with 3 slices of Salami, 2 slices of ham, ( I don't want pepperoni, sousually they add more of Salami or Ham) 2 half slice of cheese. She filled with a lot of lettuce and a lot of mayo. I was veryunhappy it my sub. Read more
