This was my first experience with rolled ice cream, which was a fun, little novelty. There were a large number of delicious... sounding option (particularly on their seasonal menu), and the Ferrero Rocher flavor I ended up getting was excellent. Thequality of the ingredients and flavors were solid, and the staff were absolutely incredible; the employee at the register was sopatient and personable as we asked several questions on several of the flavors. The restaurant space itself is also quite nice;it was clean and adorably decorated with various penguin murals. I am looking forward to going again. Read more

Absolute Zero?s seasonal ice cream flavors were interesting as I was stuck between 3 options but I ended up with the death by... chocolate. Tasty but nothing special if I?m being honest. It didn?t really justify the long wait in line and long wait for ourorder to be ready. Staff was nice but seemed rushed with the surge of customers that came in. WOW!! What an amazing ice cream spot! This place is super unique, even for Northampton. Nestled in next to Starbucks you'll find... this delightful gem. While there are many good ice cream shops in noho, this one is at the very top. They take fresh cream andthen turn it into rolls of ice cream right in front of your eyes. They have a wide variety of flavors and a seasonal menu foryou to choose from. For those of you who are looking for vegan options, they have those too. I got the Tequila Slammer withmango at the recommendation of one of their staff. Boy, was it delicious! The way that they mix everything together evenlydistributes all the flavors so you get the best bite every single time. The pricing is good for what you get too. It's one sizefor one price. They do not upcharge for toppings or anything. It's like the hibachi of ice cream. Each order is like a mini showand good for kids and adults alike.
