Yesterday they had their annual deal of every burrito and burrito bowl for $5.55 rather than the $11 they normally charge. Yet I... guess whoever the manager was at the time decided to only employ two people behind the counter. It was a shitshow and a half. Iwas on break from work and had to wait 20+ minutes for them to even take my order as the line was over a dozen people long. Assomeone that had worked in fast food for years, there was no communication, no correlation, and little effort as they asked thesame questions repeatedly. Most of the ingredients in the burrito were bottom of the pot leftovers, so it tasted below average,but how do you know your entire menu is 50% off yet still only schedule two staff to work? Poor management decisions, and it?ssafe to say I?ll be avoiding this particular location from now on. There?s a Subway in the same plaza and I?m spending $3 lesson food a lot better than this, presumably with staff and management that actually care about foreseeing sales properly.
