Placed an order with a bunch of colleagues for thanksgiving. It was a big order, however the staff didn't believe it was real.... When my colleague arrived to pick it up, the order had not been started. The staff scrambled to get the order complete butliterally messed up everything. No fries were given with any of our wings. The wings tasted like they've been sitting and wererock hard. I got boneless wings and they were so hard that my utensils broke while trying to cut them. To add insult to injurythey also gave me the wrong flavour! I do not recommend this place at all and will never come back. What a waste of money andtime. DO NOT EVER eat or order here! We ordered burger n fries through Door Dash and our burgers were so dry and hard, couldn't even... bite into it! I'm so upset! I contacted the restaurant and the first time was told by staff she would get the boss on the phoneand some kitchen staff came on the phone! Then after I told him what happened he hung up on me! I called back and was toldmanagement wasn't there and got told that I had to call back Long story short.....the worst ever food quality and customerservice experience!!! This is going viral!!! Came here as we had a good experience before. This time around the food quality was terrible. I come here because I crave spicy... wings. The spiciest sauce offered was Frank's Red hot. We got the kids pizza and it tasted and looked like a frozen mini pizzaburnt in the oven. Literally 2 bites of 1 slice and only a discount was offered. Didn't even offer to make it right. It's likethey knew the quality of the food was garbage so they were well versed in offering the discount. I regret giving a 20% tip but Ifelt bad for the people working there. Not all Wild Wings locations are equal. The staff here are friendly. And the place was orderly when I visited it.
I give this place 2/10. Only because the bbq wings were ok. The hot honey wings were not spicy at all and it had 3 spice level.... As you can see the picture, that is a serving of chilly poutine. It has ?no chilly? on it. There are no jalapeños and who putschicken cubes in chilly? Worst food. Management needs to wake up before this place shuts down. Read more
Nice staff and place. Ordered Ribs and Wings, Boneless chicken poutine, Nachos, Pepsi (unlimited refill) . Selected Hot for Ribs... and Wings but still felt sweet. That is why 4 star. Go for a higher level If you are a spice lover. Read more

Ordered takeout and asked for hot and fresh non breaded wings and fries. Picked up my order and when I got home noticed the... completely messed up my order. The wings were breaded and not the sauce I asked for plus the wings/fries were old and barelywarm. To make it worse, they only gave me one celery, one carrot and no napkins.
