Coffee was bitter, their Cilantro lime bowl was the worst, they didn't even bother to remove the stem from the lettuce leaves,... crispy chicken was burnt, and they added tomatoes even though I asked for no Tomatoes. 1 person on walk-in cash. 5 working on drive through. Line up out the door for walk in. No good morning. Thank you or please.... What is the point of mobile ordering if you take away the main reason for it?! (BTW it's time efficiency) Not only did I watch... 4 people order at the cash register and get their order before me, I had to YELL across the store to ask someone to make my damnorder. The worst Tim Hortons, especially drive thru. The employees are rude and always yell at you . I get drive thru is rush, but you... can?t be getting mad at someone rushing them if they only took 30 seconds and no one is behind. This is the most off puttingattitude. I thought it would be a one time thing, but nope happens EVERY time I?m there, and I?ve gone there for the last 2years. Management probably losing money from drive thru, because employees rush people so they end up buying less. They eitherneed to train their employees better on proper customer service or hire people who are competent on service. They are always a busy location and nornslly not bad. However in ordering two wraps for the road they were quite poor in... preparation AND quality. One had somehow shoved into the container. All of the chicken was overly dry and the bacon oversalted. We've had the bacon ranch wrap from here and other locations and normally solid. Read more
The employees here are so nice. Especially the people who work drive thru evenings. Only reason for 4 star is because the... location is a nightmare to navigate. Drive thru line extends into the lot and the lot is already comically small. I also scrapemy front bumper exiting the driveway because of the dip but that is definitely not TH fault. If you're on foot it's a nice,quaint location go have a coffee and chat with friends. Read more
