In past few months when I ordered from this location. I was served by the sweetest girl named Rachel, she had such a bubbly and... wonderful personality that made me enjoy coming here, and want to keep coming back. I was overcharged. Food was done wrong. They should pay them more, give them full time jobs and adequately staff their location... to give their customers better service. Not the employees fault. They are overworked and underpaid. Read more

Care more about drive thru than walk ins. don't prioritize anyone at the door and just stare at you when you walk in and have... you waiting for a few mins. then give food to drive thru first before walk in. Read more

I'm sure the staff is doing their best but avoid this location unless you're desperate. It's a small location so if you want... anything other than coffee they're likely out of stock! The driveway is so short that the line quicky spills out onto WilsonRoad, bad design, and if you're turning left in here when it's busy just forget it. Even the order window is slow most of thetime which makes the traffic backup problem worse. Cars hate just driving by here. Now you know. Read more

Horrible customer service. The staff working at the front window can?t take orders properly without talking behind their... customer as I?ve experienced today. Ordered a large Iced Capp and wanted whipped cream on the top once I?ve arrived to the frontwindow just to be told by the rude lady that I should?ve ordered ahead of time and started talking about me to her staff in herlanguage and called me a B* in English I?ve heard it! And confronted her about it and she denied and kept showing her attitude and her staff did nothing about it besides that no manager was on duty or to be found to report this incident. Read more

I always do walk-ins as I work across the street, and have come in several times. Came in on July 25th, 2022 and Rachael served... me; the SWEETEST woman I have EVER communicated with at this location. The rest of the employees that I have been in touch withthroughout my visits have been quite dry and deadpan in nature. Rachael has been my favourite employee here!! Otherwise, solidproduct quality.
