I hate giving bad reviews, but for whatever reason, this location always seems to take way longer than average to complete an... order. You'll pretty much be guaranteed to see the person that took your order to do most of the order prep, whereas otherlocations delegate separate people to do that part. No fault of the workers themselves, but whoever manages this place needs todo something about it, but likely won't, since it has some of the best pedestrian traffic in the area. Read more

Not only were they understaffed, which lead to waiting 10 minutes just to have our order taken, but the girl on bagel bar... apparently doesn?t know A. Tim Hortons uniform policy (wearing pants that aren?t even remotely close to the uniform ones) B. Howto properly cut a bagel in half. C. Puts it in a bag, and basically throws it at my husband while calling it out. I don?tusually like to put up reviews like this, but I don?t appreciate my husbands food being thrown at him, more than anything that?smy main complaint as I know being short staffed isn?t the staffs fault. This location is my everyday stop and having same fixed order. But today this lady named SUDHA, ruined my day. I ordered a drink... with an everything bagel (toasted with extra butter). Watching her, toasting the bagel extra (almost burned); i requested her tomake another one. May be this got her blood burn. I was given almost stale bagel(photo enclosed) with dirty napkins, buttersticked everywhere and an oily bag. Her attitude/body language was rude. I?ve found that this Tims is pretty hit or miss. At times you will be waiting 15 minutes just to order a coffee, and the staff... won?t be so kind either. Other items, the staff are nice and the service is quick. Honestly this location is all aboutconvenience since it?s right next to the subway station, but if you have the time I would recommend walking an extra 3 minutesto the gas station Tims across the street, or even Fairview Mall where it can get busy but there is more of a selection - theydon?t have sour cream glazed donuts at this location! This timmies location is consistently bad, every time I go the drinks are made really poorly. The coffee has tons of grounds in... the bottom. Another time I went, both the white hot chocolates were only filled up 2/3 of the way. Read more
I ordered 2 large white hot chocolate and guess what?
