I ordered breakfast here with french vanilla this morning @9:00, I ordered a medium size but when I checked inside, the amount... was not medium, it was small amount of french vanilla. My concern is that I am paying the amount of what I ordered which shouldbe the same amount that will be given to me. Don't even deserve one star. I always have a terrible experience from this location. A recent one is I wanted to refill $10 into... Tims card, a new trainee put $20 instead, so she asked for help from a manager (probably in her late 40's, with glasses, maybe aFilipino) was super super rude, both to the trainee and to me, snatched the receipt from my hand and yelled at me what do youwant, feels like I did something wrong. Doesn't even deserve 1 star I ordered a large ice coffee light ice light cream light sugar and 2 donuts.Donuts were fine the... iced coffee only 2/3 full was to cheap to fill the coffee cup properly,He refused to fill the cup properly. Horrible servicethat's how u lose customers. Manager of this tim hortons seek training in providing good customer service, Its not worth it tolose a customer over 5 cents please contact your fellow store at warden so they can show you good customer service.MCDONALD'SNEVER EVER FILLS A CUP 2/3 BECAUSE OF LIGHT ICE,AND THEY CHARGE A DOLLAR FOR A LARGE ALL SUMMER LONG.A large ice coffee is over90% profit and your staff is that cheap to fill 3 cents of coffee.???? Usually this location is always on point, ltely it?s declined any time I have gone there. Food seems rushed and farmer wrap hash... brown is jammed at the bottom first bite is all bread. They?re starting to forget to put almond or oat milk in my coffee. It?snot supposed to be this creamy. I started drinking it once I got on the highway and it was too late and needed to grab anotherone. Im posting this from the toilet because now Im in unbearable pain because yet another Timmies has forgotten dairy-free milkoption. Let me know you dont have it that?s fine Ill get it black with sugar lol i don?t want to be in pain on the toilet! Read more

I went to this outlet and the service was so poor. The guys were discussing among themselves but no one was at the counter to... take orders. After 5-7 min a guy came to take the order. I ordered Habanero Chicken Wrap. It took 5 min to prepare the wrap andvoila! the wrap is so cold and chicken nuggets were uncooked. Well meanwhile, I ordered wrap and the bill was for bowl. 2$costlier. It?s okay, I donated those 2$ for a good cause(I hope). I don?t know how they are running this cafe with poorservice. No doubt the place was clean but service was worst ever. Surely not visiting again ever. Read more

I was puking all of last night because of the food I ate at this location. I had a jalapeño bagel, Tim Beibs Timbits, and an... icecap, and three hours later I was sick. I called the next day and the owner of the store I believe Diane said she has to waitthree days to see if other people get sick as well otherwise she can?t believe me. Also told me I cannot have a refund for mypurchase. I will not be returning to this store, As they do not have the best interest of their customers, she said she neededto wait three days for her own peace of mind verses Taking care of me an unhappy and sick customer now. I am an avid Tim Hortonslover, and this was my first time at this location. What a terrible experience and what a shame that management does not knowhow to take care of their customers when something goes wrong. Be careful eating at this establishment as you might get foodpoisoning like me. Read more

My friend and I went to the drive through this morning, on our way to work. We ordered, a medium black coffee with 2 sugar, a... medium green tea with two ice cubes, and a B.E.L.T. The order came in and we paid for it, as we drove away we were surprised tofind out that the there was no sugar in the coffee, also there were none of the vegetables in the B.E.L.T. The only correct partof the order was the ice cubes for the green tea. This is so disappointing. Read more
