Very long wait in the drive through, they charged me for my two coffees, but yet handed me two meal combos??? I said that it... wasn't my food, and how would they consider giving me $20 worth of stuff, when they only debited $3.80. That just tells mestupids are working there. Tried connecting to wifi in order to use a coupon through the app - was told by employee they cut off the wifi because they... don?t want customers using it and hanging around inside. Asked them to honour the coupon price then & was told ?nothing I can doabout it? - lol what? Read more
Nice relaxing after a long day till some guy came in with a 100 dollar bill asking for change I believe, the store couldn't... change the 100 bucks so he went irate throwing things at the workers. He left before police arrived. Drunk. Read more
These poor employees have to put up with the garbage 30 second rule. They are rushed to make our orders and get it wrong. HEY... TIM HORTON CORPORATE, IT DOESN'T SAVE TIME FOR ANYONE WHEN YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE RUSHED AND GET OUR ORDERS WRONG AND HAVE TO DOTHEM OVER AND WE HAVE TO COME BACK TO CLAIM THEM. Customer service is horrible and slow at this location. Lines ups at times are 15 min. Apparently they always have a staffing... issues. Food lacks any flavour and coffee is so bitter. Used to be a good location. Not anymore. Read more
I understand this location is busy. Cleaning of the dining room is awful. I had to clean the table myself before I sat. There is... bunch of staff but no productivity. This needs to be addressed. Read more
This Tim Hortons outlet is best approached from the southbound direction on Victoria Park Ave at O?Connor Drive. Use the... Drive-thru or walk-in for counter service. I?ve had great service as well as less than good customer experiences here;re-training of certain staff/team member is advised.
