Service is fast and friendly but they have the worst coffee ?? in the city. Not only is it completely watered-down with no taste... at all but this last cup of coffee that I got actually tasted like dish water. Needless to say I will now have to go down thestreet to the better Tim's to get my coffee and now I know why they always have a line up and this one doesn't and I thought Iwas the smart guy by avoiding the line up but it's just not worth it. A girl in the front counter named something like Dhwani was extremely rude to the fellow mates. That guy was making our order... and he used to make our order from past 4-5 months and still scolding him in front of customers shows the pathetic employees youhire. On top of it she is the manager. The service is fine and speedy at the drive thru but If you want to go, sit and enjoy coffee. The sitting area is not that clean... and they take hours to take orders. Also, the staff is not at all polite. Read more
Order two steep tea by drive thru. Even there was steep tea written on the screen as well. But I don?t know maybe employees... don?t know how to read the screen they gave both coffees and smartness was that they even didn?t mark the lids as well. Just wow Read more
I wanted some Timbits and a coffee before my appointment so I dropped into this place. This restaurant is located in a lot with... Mr. Sub next door but with separate buildings on the west side of Victoria Park Avenue south of Ellesmere Rd. Parking can becrazy at times since there are 2 drive-thru services here; one for Mr. Sub and a different one for Tim Hortons. Keep alert aseveryone seems to be racing to a fire somewhere! Tim Hortons seating for about 30 people and restrooms are okay. Orderplacement via mobile and fulfillment was quick and courteous. Don?t forget to scan your Tim Rewards card! Read more
Place is nice. Slow service though. The place has just been newly renovated and it looks kinda modern. Lighting suck so u... wouldnt say that you should work or study here. Since there?s schools around, obnoxious teens ruin the vibe. Too packed notreally worth the time. Employees are not rly nice or welcoming. I?d rather go to starbucks. Read more
