I came to the store late afternoon after a long shift at work. Ordered a farmers wrap and it was half the size as it should?ve... been at all other locations?? didn?t even come in the cardboard red sleeve (it was wrapped in a parchment paper instead?) andhad only half a hash brown. If they don?t have the proper ingredients to serve breakfast items at 2pm then they should advisethe customers instead of deceiving them of half a meal, then proceeding to charge full price. Service was also very slow for aquiet Saturday afternoon. I am extremely disappointed at this location and do not plan on returning. Read more

I have a very bad experience today Jun 2022 because of the manager of this location ,I was almost 25 min staying in the line... to get single coffee and when she is trying to help me I said how come u are short staff and many people staying for a longtime at the line? she started to argue with a very rude attitude and a loud voice said I?m manager of here and u can see weare 2 people and I can?t do anything . I got very disappointed of her voice and the way she was talking then I said thank u forur good customer services and ur politeness well if u can?t do anything then talk to someone under charge of this locationmaybe she/he can do something with respect to there client. The people working there are rude, don?t listen to the order is been place and when Zi got my breakfast order was old, sausage... snd cheese were dry and overcook, English muffins was dry and discussing and I got a large coffee instead of small. Terribleservice coffee cup don?t have a sleeve if anybody burn their hands they can get hurt badly.
