Allow yourself 15-20 mins for your coffee and donut. It's as if one person is working the drive thru, front counter and food... prep. No difference between speed inside or drive thru, so pick your poison. Best I can say is it's conveniently located. Ihonestly don't know what takes so long, maybe they are understaffed? Dangerous parking lot, so be careful as a driver orpedestrian. Read more

There is an old asian lady that is very rude every time I buy something. I once asked for water and she refused to give me water... because I had not buy anything and even when I do she would ask for extra money for the water. Please consider this issue. Extremly poor and rude customer service. I wish I had a option for a zero star. They always ran out of stuff, make mistakes in... your order at the drive thru, argue with you at the counter for just a cup of tap water , infact they will charge you 10 centsinstead. Furthermore, there weremany more unsatisfactory experiences I had here with my friends amd family. Please avoid thistims if you wish to enjoy your coffee with a pleasant mind. Read more

THEY WILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG. Gave me BACON in my EGG AND CHEESE BELT. DO NOT come here if you want your food MADE... CORRECTLY. Spoke with Manager, he tried to rectify the situation. But how can your staff confirm the order before and after withyou and still give you the wrong one? Seriously won?t ever come back to this location again. Extremely disappointed with TimHortons. I can?t remember a time when things went smoothly ordering from this location. Even if you place an advance mobile order at this... location you will wait longer than people who arrive after you and line up. Not sure why they have the over-worked drive-throughattendant filling the mobile orders. Their management team needs to determine why their system is failing. Read more

I?m not quite sure what?s is going on with the crew stuff, I mean every time I?m coming there , they are making the wrong order.... Even today I ordered two coffees and chicken ranch wrap. The dispatch asked what sauce I would like since they don?t have ranchsauce. I asked for cilantro, and they put chipotle. After all, everyone makes mistakes but they didn?t even steered the coffees.That?s not the first time and I?m pretty sure not the last. Never coming back. Read more

Terrible customer service. Drive thru always a big lineup and staff move slow. When you order mobile pick up and request for... ?now? it usually takes them 20 minutes. They need to hire more people and manage better. Read more
