It's my first time to came there and The manager and one of the employee are so nice to their customers. I had an issue on my... bank and i said i will pay for my order i just need to call someone because my bank had an issue and then they said i can takemy orders and offer some cash to pay my orders then pay them if my bank is already fixed. It's so embarrassing but they keepsaying to me that it's not my fault, it happens sometimes and take my orders now like for free, but while waiting for my familymember, I already fixed my bank then pay my orders. I'm so thankful to the manager and to the filipino crew (even though Ididn't get their name) one day god will pay you guys for your kindness. Read more
Staff don?t even know what they are doing. Service takes too much time and have to wait 30 minutes for 2 wraps. Too much talking... and staff are not trained well. Horrible service. Read more
Ordered 4 drinks at drive through, none of them had any sugar. They repeated everything on the speaker. This happens every time,... not just me with my friends as well. This place should not exist or change the workers there. Careless disrespectful staffs. Read more
The worst Tim ever. More than 15 times I return my coffee because they make the wrong one always. I don't like to write a bad review... However, after having several horrible experiences at this locations drive thru with... absolute mean behaviour from the male, I feel I should. I used to love this drive thru but I'm almost scared to come herenow. It feels though he's fighting me. He also dangled my order at me once when my window was closed because a bee was nearby.Please, this was my favourite drive through! Read more
I've been here twice in the last month. Both times around 8pm. How the staff can't figure out simple orders like vanilla dip and... old fashioned doughnuts. They kept asking if I wanted chocolate chip. Some other staff had to translate. Dirty and slow.Definitely never coming here. Read more
Really bad customer service the place is very dirty staff is very rude and uninformed about anything they are asked. I ordered a... doughnut and one of the Indian girls dropped it on the floor and picked it up and tried to give it to me thinking I didn?t see Itold her to change it. I asked for the managers information and was denied. Staff talks about you while you?re in thedrive-through or waiting for your order and your order is always wrong myself and many others experience this every time weattend this location. The quality for Tim Hortons becoming terrible. I was asking a Large dark with 5 milk and the 2nd coffee its a M decaf 2... sweetener with 3 cream. Instead of that I got a Large decaf with 5 sweetener and the M coffee with 5 cream. Its that reallyserious in 2022? Any time I buying a coffee I never get what I ask. So dissapointed. Read more
