Worst experience. I ordered a steepe tea but it was very cold. It looks like expired tea not the fresh one. The shelf life is 20... mints for steepe tea but it looks like for than 30 mints and not good in taste also. He don?t even ask me to wait for fresh tea.I can happily wait. I never want to go back to this tim again. Please don?t do this to other customers as we are paying for ourproducts. Read more
Staff here always ignore your mobile order, so avoid using app to order anything here. They will leave your order to the last,... waiting 20 minutes for a wrap. And people just ignore your request. I guess they just serve the people ordering at counter.Attitude is the worst Tim in the Toronto. Stuff have NO class at all! Read more

So today I went to this tim hortans! People working here are just so harsh and rude to customers EVEN IF ITS THEIR FAULT. So i... witnessed a mosquito inside my drink. When i told them that is this the way you serve your customers. They straight away toldstop accusing us and take a different drink if you want. We as a customer expect to have some kind of apology if we havewitnessed this situation. But the lady working inside was surrounding with so much attitude. Also adding to this, she replied ?Have you died? ? drinking this . OMG what a response. Sorry but this is not the way a customer should be served. Date of Review: November 27 2021 I ordered the cream of broccoli soup via SkiptheDishes on Nov 27 and the broccoli felt & tasted... like I was chewing through paper. I ate most of it because of hunger, but I won't be ordering again. The only drinks and foodsworth it from them via delivery is the bacon cheese melt, ice capps, choc dip donut & muffins. I got very bad experience with this location right now! I just went to used the washroom after ordering an ice coffee at 4:30pm.... August 10, 2021 I had a altercation with a customer who is very rude I accidentally opened the door (washroom) without knockingcause I assume that there is nobody in there and it says 'vacant'. I apologize to the customer but she is very rude. One of yourstaff after I used the washroom, she in directly told me I better know how to flush the toilet while looking at me and during anarguement. I assume that its automatically flush. I think she did not know I heard her or she intention saying that because shethink I can't say anything. She should not have go in between customers arguements HER EMPLOYER DID NOT TRAIN HER PROPERLY! Thislocation needs to improve their great customer service and their cleaniness. If only the service was as nice as the renovations. It took them 12 minutes to get me a soup and a basic garden salad, which... wasn?t even a garden salad. The place is severely understaffed and the staff don?t appear to be trained well. This place appearsextremely disorganized, to be frank, I?m surprised they even got my order correct.
