I always like whipped cream with my coffee and I always get double charged for it cause I ask for extra whipped cream and when I... receive my order, they add the tiniest portion they could, one time I asked them to add extra cause I get charged for it and thelady started to explain how it melts and all but I have worked in cafeteria before and I know how long it takes for the whippedcream to melt and ofcourse my order was drive thru which means I got my order right away. Today when I went through drive thru,they told me they were out of all pastries but then I parked my car and went inside to see and they have all kinds of pastriesavailable!!! I always had problem with my order since before but the reason I chose to post review today was because of thispastry issue!!!! Read more
I went at this location two times during my shift ? first i ordered iced coffee but they gave me without sugar and in next order... ? i ordered chai tea latte she didnot added sugar? and i already asked for two sugar onside ? i added both sugar packets butthat was not enough.. when i asked team member ? hv u added vanilla syrup she said it doesnot come with syrup? and she saidcomplain where u wanna do ? u can its up to u.. stupid lady ? This place's service is amazing but I'm writing to request you to get more employees for the night shift. Night gets so busy and... we need to wait a lot sometimes since there's only one employee at that time. Kindly look into this issue. Read more
Worst customer service I have ever seen. Store terminal kept declining my debit card 5 times. Store employee told me to come... back if I see the money taken 5 times to reimburse me right away. After I showed them they charged me 5 times for the same orderthey refused to reimburse me and said it is not their fault. Store manager is Rita and was so rude and lack the basics of how tohandle the situation. Worst attitude and lack of efficiency at all levels. Never recommend this location and would love to giveit a zero. Read more
Tried to rob me of measly 20 cents!! Indian girls working evening/ night of Aug 30 wanted to charge me for a plain small glass... of water 20 cents, after placing an order $15+. Tim Hortons NEVER charges for tap water (no matter how big or small your ordermay be). Staff on this day needs to be investigated and stopped, if they're claiming 20 cents for water that Tim Hortonsprovides free. What are they using this 20c towards? Tips??? Read more
Very nice Tim Hortons. Quite clean. The service is good, friendly and fast. Working 24/7. Good Wi-Fi. Location is nice: there... are many things that are located in this building. Pharmacy on the first floor, JVS Toronto on the 6th floor, Finch West Stationis 5 min away. I like this fake ????)) Makes this corner very cozy. I love working here. Removed one ???? for the toilet. Looksclean but the smell is atrocious. Apologies, but it seems like some customers are urinating on the walls. Request to the TimHortons staff: if you can't wash it away, could you please use some Lysol or something. Thank you and keep up the good work! Read more
I really like the fact that they comfirmed what my mobile order was and the number. Gave me my brownie and coffee and told me... that they are preparing my yogurt parfait fresh and that its coming right up. So just from that I would have rated 5? forcustomer service. It hasn't happened to myself yet, but there has been many times that random customers been taking otherpeoples orders due to Tim's Servers just reading out loud the numbers or just saying the order or name of the order. But thereason why I am rating it 3? is because of the portion of the granola of MY FAVORITE parfait for 3yrs now was like baby crumbsto what I normally get. The photo with this review doesn't show too much of how little it is but I usually get about half of thegranola cup. It made me really sad actually. Read more
