I came to this location to get dinner after I finished work at 1am because it was the most convenient place open in the area.... The lady taking my order told me there was no bagels left which was what I tried to order but when I ordered something else, shetold me the only thing she had left was bagels. I was already annoyed but I went with it and got the new Trick or Treat bucketfilled with Timbits too. I drive up to pay for my order but she gave me an empty bucket... I tried to explain to her that it wassupposed to come with assorted Timbits but she didn't know how to do a refund so she wanted me to wait 30 minutes for them whenI was already super tired. I really wish they trained their employees better because I was pretty disappointed with both mystale bagels and the Halloween bucket. Read more

This place used to be great, clean and way better efficiency. What the heck has happened???? Disgustingly dirty, rude and moody... atmosphere, the foul language from employees and not even a good morning... new managers who cannot answer questions or even bepolite. For sure not returning to this place let alone maybe any other tim locations. Read more

Worst hospitality ever. Girl working the drive thru was listening to Usher (I love me some Usher but?) and playing it so loud... she couldn?t hear me screaming at her to give me a sleeve for my coffee. Girl taking orders at drive thru also was givinghorrible attitude and just stared at us when we said thank you. Trash employees, time to change it up Tim Hortons, if you?regonna have kids working your night shifts, pay for them to go through hospitality and people skills. Read more

Most of the Time I have coffee there its good and the staff are very friendly but the doors are very tight for scooter and the... washroom has no power button on to open the door so you need someone to let you in and get out of the washroom and the diningarea is soo tight for wheelchair and Scoters Read more

The girl working at the drive thru at 11:30pm tonight should be fired. That was the worst customer service experience I?ve ever... had at any Tim Hortons. She was impatient, didn?t listen, got the order wrong, was lazy to gather change when I wanted to paycash so she gave me plenty of attitude for that. Extremely slow service! No real team approach like you see in better performing Tim?s. Their coffee is inconsistent and their... specialty drinks are the best example of lack of consistency. Some serious quality assurance and quality improvements need to beput in place to turn this around. Go across the street ?. Read more

PSA: DONT WASTE UR TIME! Ive come to this location way too many times as I live in the area. And I am tired of them... gaslightening me! For some reason they do things different from other locations. Several times this summer I ordered the smoresice cap from several different locations that look as delicious as the first photo, with chocolate all on top. The second photois what this location gave me (I drank a bit b4 the picture to see if the chocolate was inside like she claimed-but did nottaste it). When I told her she forgot the chocolate she told me that's how its made (with it mixed inside so u don't see it).Plus I ordered 6 donuts that were completly stale. This isnt the first time they've tried to convince me tim hortons dont dowhat other locations do. U start to question urself. But I have photo evidance now, they do put chocolate on top, atleast at theother locations I've gone to have. I would normally not complain but they seem to always give me different info. COFFE SUCKS BIG TIME.. tastes very watered down. i ordered 2 shots of espresso inside my coffee with milk, and got NO espresso... just milk and little, COFFEE. Very slow service. 6 people working. 2 looking after the drive tru window, 4 people just talking,with no one coming to the cash to take your order, until the people in line start to scream out. WORST Tim Horton,s, i have beenin for service. Very busy place. Long car line up. Went inside at 6:45 for 2 coffees and 1 muffin. Came out at 7:15 Real badtasting coffee, it tastes burnt. They had a huge walk in line. Service was very slow, both drive thu, and walk in. Read more
