I attend this particular Tim Hortons daily and I have noticed that in the last two months their customer service has become... awful. The employees have very poor to no manners. My biggest complaint has to be that if you have made a mistake why are youbeing rude to me! Read more
Tims what can i say :) im a proud Canadian! However, it so unfortunate that everytime i pickup A coffee at Burnhamthorpe and... Creditview drive thru store the line up is so long. Gone are the days when you go there to get a coffee, you see a line up maybe5 or 6 cars before you but you get your order quicker. Might be a good idea to put additional help on that store specially onbusy days and times. Read more
If your looking for customer service other than terrible do not go here. The staff are extremely rude and only made worse by the... poor leadership. I know my never going back to this location will not affect their bottom line but that is my stance. McDonaldsis right there and the coffee is better. Read more
