20 mins to go thru the drive thru. 5 mins at the window staring at my drink while they wondered around to get my muffin.
As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I have a lot of concerns and head office should look into this location. This... location has a lot of employees with really poor management and supervisors (if there is a supervisor) not guiding theiremployees. In order to run this restaurant smoothly, have 2 employees at the drive through window, have 2 employees making thethe food and have another 2 taking orders at the front desk. I would normally see a lot of employees at the drive throughwindow talking while having 1 employee taking orders at the front. I could see some employees there that are new because theydon?t seem to be professional, they need to be guided by senior staff(s) until the new staffs are fit. Also hearing an employeetelling their coworkers that ?they?re slow? is very unprofessional especially having customers hearing it. If you don?t have astrong mentality, then working in the industry isn?t for you. Read more

I will never ordered again, it happen with me second time. Firstly they sent me a drink without any protection and with open... lid. Today morning i ordered my breakfast and they gave me this burnt bagel. Totally disappointed. Very poor service!! willnever go again. Read more
Long lineups. I'm not a fan of how they designed the drive thru. Some people try to cut the line and sadly the way Tim Hortons... designed it to make it easy for everyone to but the line. I went today on May the 24, 2021 for the May long weekend. The drivethru was very busy but surprisingly the drive thru workers kept up with all the orders and the wait for my dark roast coffeeseemed to be a reasonable wait time. Plus the order was right. Ordered the dark roast double double and a caramel latte. theyonly gave us cream in the dark roast and they forgot the caramel in the latte. Don't go here, they just mess up every time Read more
Good donut selection at 5:30 pm. Fresh and my favourites were in the display. The lineup for drive thru was 4 cars deep. But... getting out of the car was worth it. No lineup, quick, friendly service and fresh hot coffee. Read more
This place is horrible with delivery orders. They definitely need A LOT of training. I?m still yet to receive a correct... order. 11/09/22 another order with missing items.
