Worst tim horton location on November 9th at around 9:30/10am one young white girl told me that she can't won't give me my decaf... late she said they dont have and when I asked her why she said it's not necessary to have a decaf worst experience ever theyhave decaf coffee but very lazy and don't want to make it. The girl working there told me that there is no washroom at all but there is washroom available, i even confirmed that from... customers reviews . I guess she meant there is no washroom for me because she don't like me maybe, for no reason at all .... Thestaff needs to be professional and shouldn't think that it's their home. It belongs to everyone equally since we are customersand they're employees and each person has right to use the washroom. Most importantly, you can't play games with customers..worst tim hortens.
