This place is an absolute disaster. I?m a mall employee and used to be a regular customer as there is no other Tim option at... Yorkdale. About a month ago I found a metal piece in my cookie and nobody bothered to listen to my complaint. They said comeback tomorrow to see the manager. The rude women I meet the next day tried to settle things down by offering a free coffee and Ididn?t follow up as I?m a regular there. Since then I have been served wrong food or drink dozens of times and when I finallyspeak out the same rude lady told me that you always complain. How about doing your job right? Waited 20 Mins To get a Medium Steeped Tea, Oh wait, 25 Since the Front Staff does not have common sense to ask who is next and... kept on serving whoever was coming in. And the tea wasn?t warm. And diluted with excess amount of water. Read more
Crispy chicken wrap was very dry, cold, and tasted old. The chocolate dip donut tasted stale, dry and old too. You should take... the Craig Cookies instead, it's close to this Tim's. Read more
