Literally no staff here understand portion sizes. Too much mayo (I mean like dripping sandwiches in Mayo) or they forget the... Mayo. Too much cream or milk in coffee tea or iced coffee or not enough. Iced coffee is only made right 20% of the time......Iced capps are always goo-ey, never mixed for nearly long enough. Read more
Wayy better than the one around the corner by the 401. Only thing that could be improved is drive through its lined up down... Sheppard taking away an entire lane of city street. This should be addressed. Read more
The two most recent visits to this branch of Tim Hortons have left me disappointed. 1. One visit I ordered two farmers wraps for... my friend and I and one of us can't eat cheese. The order was one with and one without cheese. They labelled the one with cheeseas " No cheddar". The cheese was already stuck to the other ingredients so my friend couldn't enjoy it. 2. Today we ordered twojalapeño chicken wraps (one crispy and one grilled) and neither of it had any jalapeños in it. Read more

Nice big and bright location; they're right in the building where I'm getting training. Sweet! Gimme that roll up the rim to... win!! I've gotta say, though, that this place does get busy. There were at least 10 people in line when I got here. Theyhandled the crowd well enough. Let's hope I can win at least a free coffee! Read more
