[Drive thru] Ordered turkey bacon sandwich, got it without the turkey..
This used to be my go-to Tim Horton?s and now the drive thru is notoriously slow, staffed with people who have no sense of... urgency. The drive thru staff are constantly rude, unorganized, and seemingly untrained. It is very sad to see how far this TimHorton?s has fallen. Read more

It?s 8am. No biscuits, no specialty bagels and lousy customer service. There?s a better location around the corner.
This is by far the least consistent Tim Hortons I?ve experienced. 5 out of the past 7 times I?ve gone through drive through... here, they completely mess up my order. One time it was a sausage breakfast sandwich that came without sausage, next it was abagel I ordered double toasted with butter that came out hardly heated with the tiniest bit of butter, I?ve paid to add cheeseor a hash brown and just not received it. Today I received an order that just wasn?t anywhere near correct and had to drive backafter getting to the office to request it be fixed. Despite this being the closest location to me, I can?t recommend it at alland will be avoiding it in the future. Read more
Doordash driver switched my order with another customer?s. The staff working on Fri. Jan. 14 were super helpful in correcting... the error (new order, new delivery). The latte was made perfectly. Lunch wraps and timbits were great. Read more
Nice little Tim hortons. Good friendly staff. Did an online app order for pickup.
