If I could give zero stars I would. I have visited all the timhortons on campus before and this is by far the worst. Waited in... line for 20 minutes cause they couldn?t put another person on cash just to receive the worst service ever. The service isterrible, they don?t have any of the food items on the menu, and claimed that I couldn?t get a wrap because it was a breakfastitem and they claim I need to buy three items for me to be eligible to use my meal plan. This tim Hortons is just a joke. Ifitems are only during breakfast time change your menu during the day. Their cashier needs to lose the attitude because she wasrude and very aggressive with me. I recommend visiting one of the other Tim Hortons which have nicer staff and don?t force youto buy three items to use meal plan. It?s honestly worth the extra walk to go somewhere else. I'm so disappointed because I love tims so much :') I come here a lot and they always get my order wrong somehow, even if I'm... the only customer at that time. I stood 30 minutes in line. Never has cold beverages for ages, always no eggs for breakfasts,and no bottled water. I ordered a Slow-Cooked Cilantro Lime Wrap and they gave me Crispy Chicken in it despite the cashiertelling them it's Slow-Cooked. I hate Crispy Chicken and realistically I would give this 2 Stars but I'm hungry and the Cashierwho took my order was like the only friendly person working there even if I'm gagging so hard rn. I stood in line for 20 minutes, and at last, they told me that they don't have a latte ????. Last week there was the same... story. They could easily write on a piece of paper so customers don't need to wait in line for 20 minutes. Read more

Best french vanilla from all Tim Hortons. Worst staff from all Tim Hortons. If you can avoid going in the morning is better... because the lady in the cashier will certainly give her best to ruin your day. Read more

I was here this morning and the lady (black haired) taking my order was completely rude and rolled her eyes at me. I ordered a... vanilla creamy chill and a maple dip donut. She got my order wrong and gave me a vanilla dip donut instead. The vanilla creamychill barely had whipped cream and they didn't put sprinkles on top. Only went here because the one at Central Square was closedand I regret it. Will not be coming back. Read more
