All this Tim Horton's seems to care about is their drive through times, definitely not their customers. Just as others have... mentioned they try to flag you down to stop you from pulling up to the drive through window after ordering, expecting you towait a car length back and if you do pull up they are very rude. I've expereinced them asking me to stop 10+ times now so thisalso isn't a one off occurance. I also ordered 20 assorted TimBits and when I got home there was only plain and honey dipped, Ibelieve they should have wanrned me if this is all they had. I submitted my complaint to Tim Hortons and they reached out to thestore manager who never got back to me regarding this. I'll never go back to this Tim Hortons and I suggest others avoid it.They don't care about their customers in the slightest. Read more

Woman in the drive through does not let drivers pull up to window after they order, she will stick her hand out to make them... stop and if they don't she will get a hissy little attitude. There is literally no purpose to this as the drive through atlunch will get busy regardless she's just causing unnecessary backup and attitude for what? To get your order ready? Around 8am. Thursday. I asked the 2 ladies in front standing beside each other (one is old old, the other is probably Filipino)... about cream and milk (I asked which one is sweeter). The old old lady laughed and answered my question like it was the stupidestthing she heard.
