Worst Experience. The staff are to busy talking to eachother to even provide eye contact with me. Let alone actually listen to... what I was ordering. Asked for a double toasted Sesame Bagel and got a hardly toasted cold bagel. Even when she handed us theorder she was looking and talking to another staff member and not even looking at us is the drive thru she basically tossed itat us while looking behind her. Read more
Slow. Frustrated. Mess up the orders. Clearly look overworked and disinterested in their job. Rude. And I saw a couple of flies... (reported in other reviews too) enjoying the baked goods. Not gonna waste my money and spoil my mood. Read more
The condition this store was in was very poor. The washroom were gross, I can visibly see food when I ordered. Their kitchen... looks dirty. I advised the cashier that their washroom needed to be cleaned. She gave me a nod and went on about her day. Read more
Worst tims location!!! Today I went to buy baked item and coffee. And saw there were 2-3 bees flying on baked items and they... were still serving the same. Moreover, the staff is always very very rude. 2-3 days ago I placed an order through phone and wentthere after 15 mins; first of all , the order was not ready and i was already running late, and then they served me with burntbreakfast sandwich. Everytime I go there, they always have problems with their machines. Either they are not working or theemployees are making excuses. Read more

ALWAYS gets my delivery order wrong - EVERY single time - whether its not bothering to put any sugar in my tea when I ask for 4... sugars, putting overwhelming amounts of cream (ew) in my tea when I never asked for cream, or not bothering to give me itemsthat I ordered & paid for. Great location; kind and friendly staff with quick drive through service. My food was on par with Timmy?s quality with fast and... convenience drive through service. The ladies working the cash are very kind and they make sure to get your order accurate. Read more
Staff here are rude to their customers. I was there this morning waiting for coffee with several other people. When I asked... about the status of the coffee I received lots of attitude. The franchise owner needs to hire more staff so people aren't onedge. Read more
