Tim Hortons at this location remains open 24 hours a day, and it is at a very convenient location. The restaurant and the... washrooms were clean; the sitting arrangement was comfy, and there was a table with high chairs for the customers who like tosit higher. The ordertaking and delivery was fairly quick, and the the employee I dealt with was courteous, helpful, andprofessional. My phone does not connect to the free wifi at some locations, but it got connected right away at thislocation. This location is the worst I have ever encountered. The male cashier at the drive thru is very impolite. Second time having to... deal with him. Gave me my iced capp all messy on the outside and top of the cup, no napkins with my sandwich. This is the secondtime I've experienced with him in particular. I rarely write reviews but I've lost my patience. I have been working in the area for 4 months now and go to this Tim's drive... thru 3 times a week and around the same time (830-9am) for my morning breakfast. Every time I get the sausage farmers wrapwithout chipotle sauce and without cheese (and sometimes I even get donuts or timbits for the office). At least 2/3 times thestaff (who are friendly by the way) get it wrong. I repeat my order twice, watch the screen to ensure they correctly punch itinto the computer and even still my farmer wrap is made incorrectly- either with cheese, with the sauce or even without thesausage as it was today. It is frustrating when all you want is to have your order correct so you can enjoy your breakfast. Read more
I came on a Wednesday night and needed 250 Timbits and the staff was so friendly and helpful. She immediately got to work on my... order and got me in and out quick which was great since I was in a hurry anyway. The place was pretty clean as well which is aplus. Parking is okay. I'm here almost every morning during the week for my morning coffee the location is ok but they are usually extremely busy in... the drive-thru, the service is ok mostly cus the one cashier at the window already knows me but other than that sometimes whenit's super busy they tend to forget things in ur order.
