Avoid this thai express location at all cost. Staff currently working today (asian woman and young asian guy) giving me attitude... for incorrect order. I ordered a pad thai with chicken and they forgot to put the chicken on it. When I returned it, the onecooking was giving me attitude throwing spoons and pots. I told them that they would overcooked my noodles by just cooking it2nd time. And they still didn?t bother to cook a new one. I asked for a refund instead but they were asking for a receipt whenthey don?t even give out copies to the customers. The worst part was they just recooked the noodles from my take out box whichI had opened and tasted already and just added the chicken on it. If it is your mistake just replace the food right away andtossed the old one. It will not cost a fortune to do it so. I was completely in shocked. As a person that works in the foodindustry, I would just shrug off some minor mistakes but this one is completely unacceptable and I just feel the need of callingout the attention of the management. For an open kitchen like that, high level of sanitation must be maintained at all timesespecially now that some diseases are still active. DON?T GO TO THIS LOCATION. Worst service ever. Food handling is veryunsanitary and customer service is so bad. Read more

The worst Thai fried rice I had in this location. I don't know why there is black pepper in my rice, and the soy sauce doesn't... taste right. A bad experience that other places can't give. Read more

Visited this location Saturday, July 16, 2022. Friendly people working here, but very disappointed in my food. Had Pad Sew Ew... with tofu. Two tiny pieces of tofu, no vegetables as advertised. Very expensive. I am willing to pay for quality, but this wasterrible. Read more

Whether you dine in or take out, they will always package your food into little takeout boxes. This makes it so hard to eat... because they put the carb (e.g., rice, noodle) at the bottom and the meat/veggie on top, so I always end up finishing thosefirst... This is unlike other Thai Express branches that have a more shallow but wider takeout boxes. Also the taste is justmeh. Even in peak hours, you can see the surrounding stores having such long queues while almost no one wants to buy at ThaiExpress. Read more

Extremely disappointing, dry chicken, it?s supposed to be stirfry chicken with eggplant, rice is dry, not enough sauce, not... enough vegetables and even they dry, half full, just terrible never ever again eating at this location, not even close to thequality that?s being served at other locations. Avoid at all cost. Read more

I ordered a pad see ew combo and paid an additional $4.75 for "mango salad" that was essentially 90% iceberg lettuce, a few... springs of cilantro and carrot, and maybe 5-6 pieces of actual mango. The mango itself was soggy and limp and clearly had beensitting out for the whole day. How can anyone sell this pathetic excuse for a salad for an additional $4.75 on top of a 14.98combo? I essentially paid $20 for some iceberg lettuce, and mostly noodles with soy sauce. The pictures on their menu look soappetizing but in reality the meal I had was one of the most disappointing meals I've had all year. I called the location andthe cashier even tried to explain to me that the lettuce and mango cost a lot. Don't make me laugh, for $5 you can buy an entiregiant bag of lettuce and a whole mangoes. They take no care at all in preparing food here. You could make the excuse that it'sa food court restaurant and not to expect much, but for $20 literally every food court stall at Fairview would get you betterfood. Read more
